Every session ends the same way — with nothing left behind. Listen MD processes your audio in memory, transcribes in a secured non-persistent environment, and purges all session data the moment your note is finalized.
- Audio is captured as an encrypted in-memory stream. No temporary files are created on local devices at any point during the session.
The completed clinical note is delivered to your EMR via 256-bit end-to-end encryption, then all session data is permanently wiped from our cloud. Zero data retained. Zero data used for training.
